We are delighted to deliver this course in association with Cambridge Enterprise, an essential part of the University of Cambridge ecosystem, which supports the application of Cambridge research to drive meaningful social and economic impact. Students can choose from two different course tracks, Machine Learning+ or Data Science+, in which they will develop engaging, interdisciplinary projects under the guidance of industry-leading instructors. In summer 2026, this course will take place between Monday 10th August and Sunday 23th August.
Why study this course?
The AI+ (Machine Learning+ or Data Science+) course prepares university students to lead in the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. AI is revolutionising industries - diagnosing diseases with bioinformatics, optimising financial markets, accelerating sustainable design and redefining creativity. This course goes beyond theory, equipping students with experience in developing projects that attend to real-world problems using AI and data science.
Guided by leading industry experts and professors at the University of Cambridge, students collaborate, innovate and explore indisciplinary links within their chosen track. The academic sessions focus on sharpening critical thinking and technical expertise, as well as empowering students to make a real impact. The course is equivalent to 6 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System credits (ECTS) or 3 US credits.
